I waited 5 years to give this review. My 2 older cats were diagnosed with stage 2 kidney failure in 2020. They are both still doing well, though one is better than the other. One is 19 and the other is 20. They have not been back to the vet since. They are just aging gracefully.

Goose, the cat diagnosed with early stage renal problems. Been using phosphate binder, kidney gold, and salmon oil. His levels have improved and no worries at this level. He will continue with his favourite foods and his Pet UK meds. Fantastic products.

My cat has been on this for a little over a year. I put him on it immediately after finding out that he was starting to show early signs of kidney disease, which was confirmed by the vet. My vet didn't recommend it but a holistic one that I talked to did. Admittedly I also put my cat on the prescription diet that might vet recommended, but at the next 6 month recheck my vet was really surprised that his values actually improved rather than stayed the same or incrementally got worse. I told him I put them on the supplement, unfortunately I don't think he gives it as much credit as I would. There are just some things that mainstream vets don't seem to get. I'm just happy that his values have improved and I really believe the supplement is part of the answer.

My little man Highway has gone home to heaven at the age of 20. For years he's had kidney disease, but because of Kidney Support, Smooth BM, Old Friend and more he was happy and well til the end. The vets were amazed and how well he was doing for several years and would email me asking what I was doing for him so they could inform others.

Kidney Disease - old age

I have a 16 year old fur cat boy, he is precious to me…. Since April 2023, he was diagnosed with heart murmur and Thyroid disease. On top of these, his arthritis was starting to bothering him to the point, he hasn’t been going upstairs or try to jump off the bed.

Kidney failure

I don't see any improvement with this medication. I am not seeing any results in Zoey and she is not eating much. The diagnosis might of been too late for the meds to work.

My cat is more alert! She was very weak recovering from an infection. Has kidney issues.

Worked wonders she seems much better more playful and drinking less water and sleeping less. Good stuff!
Don’t quite know how long I can give it to her?

My senior cat was at her Vet’s clinic for a dental cleaning and check-up when they noticed something in her blood test. Early Kidney disease was the diagnosis. I remembered information I’d seen a couple of years ago while researching another feline issue so I checked back in on it. Happy to find the Kidney Support Gold. Thank you all for leaving your reviews and stories. It helped me make a choice. My order turnaround time was quick. Within a few days of putting the Kidney Support Gold drops in her food we noticed her perk up and play like her old self again. Her appetite has improved dramatically. She throws up less often now. We bought a water fountain for her and are working on finding her a more palatable low phosphorous wet cat food than the prescription food. ( ..also I have a second water dish set up in case of a power failure.)

Well I bought this product as my last resort, my cat began to show signs of lameness, at first I thought this was due to an injury when it jumped off my bed, mind you my bed doesn't have a frame and so it's basically on the floor as a way to prevent my cat from jumping in and out of the bed to reduce the strain what I thought was a hindleg injury. Despite of restricting access to my bed as a way to prevent what I thought was a physical injury, he would still experience lameness, he would be fine for weeks and then all of a sudden could not get himself off the floor when laying down on his side. Now this became of a great concern because this wasn't from another injury if it wasn't jumping around and such. Found out it was from his ckd worsening.
Let me tell you, it was to the point that he was ready to put down because of his condition and other health issues as well but I could see it in his face that he refused to let his condition ground him and would try to walk, eat and use his litter as best as he could and I had to assist him for days on end, lose some sleep as well so that he could bare with his condition and I'm glad I found this product, better late than never but wished I had known about it years ago. Regardless, I started him to take the product for almost 3 weeks now and so far I've been impressed, slow but we're getting there, he no longer requires my assistance and while he still walks slowly, he has regained strength from his lameness, he's back on his old non prescription cat food for his ckd and he drinks and uses the litter box less now, maybe now normally because everyday before he got really ill, I noticed he would pee quite often that in the of the day it looked like 2 cats were using that litter box. He's eating well, litter box usage is normal, has more energy than before but still some weakness here and there but better than before by a big difference and tho his vet appointment is like weeks ahead due to under staffing around my area and also overbooked, I'm hoping by the time he sees a vet that they will see good results that they wont need to give me that 'other' option of ya know, letting him be at peace because my cat is a fighter and I wont quit on him until he does 1st.
This product is working, it took some time and he still has quite the road of recovering ahead of him but I'm really am confident in this product to really make him feel as good as it can offer him to live a better life until his end of days. Again, wish I had gotten a hold of this product a long time ago, I truly believe it would have delayed or prevent some of his symptoms in the long run. Try this product on your sick pet if you know what is has, got nothing to lose but maybe your pet. Give it a try. Thank you!

It appears Kidney Support Gold is helping first my cat with kidney problems and now all three of our cats who are seniors. I will reorder and continue giving it to all three. He is still old but has much more energy, good appetite, and seems more comfortable, pees regularly, sleeps well most of the time. A big change! They don’t fight it and seem to like the flavor! A real plus! I will continue using it. So glad I found this!

My poor kitty’s diet is primarily wet food due to her bladder and urinary tract test results from her well vet visit in the hopes of delaying a recommended medicine. After an ‘event’ kitty was getting a homeopathic remedy which helped resolve the issue, but was not a long term plan. Finding the kidney support Gold in my research I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t be happier. My kitty is approximately 13 years and has flourished with a mere 3 drops in her food daily. She is my little (6-lb) love and the change has been like night and day! Her output is now more regular and she seems SO much more content and affectionate and her fur has become incredibly soft.

My cat was diagnosed with early stages of kidney disease. My other cat was improving with other medicine I got thru this company so I got this medicine for my other cat. I wanted to use this medicine because I wanted to give them something natural that wouldn’t have any adverse effects.

My cat has been on thus for a couple of weeks, and I do feel there has been improvement. She's about 12 years old and is in the early stages of kidney disease so I'm hoping this will buy us more time.

My 14 yr old precious Lizzie (formerly feral), was diagnosed with 2nd-3rd stage renal disease. She had lost weight, lost appetite, was throwing up every day. It was gradual, over 3-4 weeks, but she is eating ( still not quite enough), not throwing up, has her mischievous spirit and energy back. Every extra day is a gift to me!
